Cellos2Go is not an "on-line store." We are a traditional bricks-&-mortar shop in upstate New York with an internet site. C2G mourns the decline of personalized customer service in modern America, and refuses to cut costs that way. We will never be a point-&-click website; there is too much confusion out there about all the products, and we will not send out any order unless we have had phone or e-mail contact with you to ensure you are getting exactly what you need.
Aside from its focus solely on cellists and their needs, intensive study and networking sets Cellos2Go apart from its larger competitors. We do not blindly stock everything a supplier offers. We take the time to evaluate products ourselves and listen carefully to feedback from our clients. We monitor comments from professionals, teachers, and novices of all ages, and only offer those products we believe are the best in their category. Cellos and their accessories are often expensive, and we take our obligation to screen out inferior products very seriously. If you have a problem with anything purchased here, we don't want you to go away -- we want to hear about it!
Cellos2Go will ship items when customers can't travel here to shop. Providing adequate packing, filling out customs forms on international orders, making sure your order arrives safely and in a timely fashion takes time and resources, and as such is not "free" but rather another service we offer. People who travel out here don't expect to get reimbursed for their gas, tolls or time either, so try to think of it as part of the shopping experience, regardless what route you take.
